She is preceded in death by her parents, James B. and Arrie Elizabeth Henley and her sister, Elizabeth Jane Barratta.
She is survived by her children, Starla Hamilton (Robert Carter) and Rufus Craig Hamilton, Jr. (Brittney Brown); three grandchildren; sisters, Frances Davis (Ronnie) and Brenda Kelton (David); brother, Thomas Henley and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Tuesday, March 26, 2013 from 6-8 pm at Fairhaven Funeral Homes & Crematory in Garden City.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with burial to follow in Forest Lawn cemetery.
