Mrs. Mary Ann Key Roberson

Mary Ann Key Moone Roberson, 83, of Garden City, passed away at Hospice of Savannah on May 11, 2012. Mary was born May 6, 1929 in Beech Island, South Carolina, to the late Leyman and Mattie Key. She was preceded in death by not only her parents, but her husbands Theodore Moone, Sr. and Clarence Roberson, son Jesse W. Moone, and daughter Cynthia Ann Grizzle. She is survived by her sons Theodore Moone, Jr. (Caroline) and Richard Moone (Deborah), daughters Virginia Gattis (Tennel), Lucille Sellers (Kenny), and Wanda Rowe, step daughter Michelle Roberson, sister Martha Hamilton, and many grand and great grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 6-8pm on Tuesday, May 15 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Crematory. Funeral Services will be held at 11am on Wednesday in the chapel of Fairhaven Funeral Home and Crematory with interment to follow at Hillcrest Abbey West. Pallbearers will be Lee Moone, James Mitchell, John Mitchell, Jay Pickard, Clint Pickard, and Terrell Messex. Honorary Pallbearer will be Don Moone. Remembrances can be made to Hospice Savannah.
