Kay was a lifelong resident of Chatham County.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marion “Isom” Isom.
Survivors include her son, Chris Isom of Oakland California; a sister, Mrs. Glennies Boyles of Rincon; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Charles and Wanda Evans of Rincon , Wayne and Mary Evans of Bryan County; several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
