He is preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Julia Doris Phillips.
Survived by his children, William Linskey, Christine Brisbin (Charles), Catherine Merrett (David), Cynthia Lara (Carlos), Carol Linskey. Grandfather of 10 and great-grandfather of 4. Step-grandfather of 2. Brother Freddy Phillips and sisters Frances Gordon, Dottie Clanton and Mary Tickell. Uncle of many. Brother-in-laws, Jerry Livingston (Ann) and Bill Livingston (Marylou).
