

Mr. Solomon earned his GED through Lesalle University while serving his country in the U.S. Army for 23 years including two tours in Vietnam, he retired as a Sergeant First Class.
Known as “Mr. Bill” to his many friends at MUMC from where he retired in 2006, he was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and the Cars Radio Club in Savannah.
Mr. Solomon is preceded in death by his mother Mary Katherine Solomon and brother Don and Solomon.
He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years Joann Young Solomon; son Ramsey (Anne) Solomon; daughter Sharon (Charlie) LaFleur; brothers David and Kenny Solomon; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Funeral Service: 11:00 AM Saturday, November 24, 2012 at Fairhaven Funeral Home & Crematory with Bishop Robert Cowart officiating.
Interment: Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery, immediately following Funeral Service
