Joan,
It's been just over a year now since we lost you and not a day goes by that I don't think about you.  You are missed so terribly and there are still holes in many hearts.  Nancy, Zee and I had your favourite carrot cake in remembrance of you...it just wasn't the same.  Love & miss you!

It's the little things, the small every day occurrences' that we'll remember Joan. The laughs, stories, the smiles, and her perfectly placed flowers upon her head. I pray for her family during this difficult time and know that God is always in your corner during this time. Keep her special memories in your light to push away the pain and bring back smiles. Memories are the legacy of love and love follows us no matter how far. She will always have a place in my heart. May her soul rest in peace.

Joan was a shining star and great example of strength and resolve, yet so feminine and light.  She was a pleasure to work with and we miss her so much. My thoughts are with her family during this difficult time.

Joan was a light in my world. So thankful to have known her. May God bless and comfort her family for their loss.

A New Day Comes. A smile, A touch, A gentle laughter, A flower in her hair remembered. Her voice softly heard throughout the day. And, as the work day ends we greet each other and leave with the blowing breeze.

May the memories of Joan, our friend, be held deep within our hearts, to help soothe our spirits at this time. For she was a beautiful lady who was gracious, filled with love and lots of strength.

I will miss Joan very much. Not only were we fighters of cancer but also we were co-workers. She showed such strength and conviction to fight and try to beat this horrible disease. She was a great support of mine as I fought cancer. I am at least grateful that she is at peace now and no longer suffering. Her smile, attitude and fortitude will be missed by all. We have lost a member of our legal family and there is a hole in my heart and I know in the hearts of all who knew her, worked with her and loved her.  Rest in Peace Joan!

I'm sending huge prayers & thoughts to Joan's family for strength right now.  She was one of the most special, warm, wonderful and giving hearts ever and she will be missed more than can be imagined.  Such a special woman and wonderful friend who always brightened up our days!  We love you Joan!
