John was born in Paterson, New Jersey on October 12 of 1952. He later moved to California, where he attended California State University, Fullerton and obtained his Bachelor's in history and political science. John was a proud U.S. Army veteran who loved to laugh, write, and play with his dog, Princess Gracie. He is described by his family as being smart, kind and always generous. John will always be remembered by his love for God, his love for his family, including his pups, and his love for his country.
A visitation for John will be held Wednesday, November 29, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Dimond & Shannon Mortuary. A funeral mass will occur Thursday, November 30, 2023 at 10:00 AM at St. Columban Catholic Church. A graveside service is to follow immediately after at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery. At the conclusion of the graveside service, you are invited to attend a light lunch reception back at Dimond & Shannon Mortuary located at 10630 Chapman Avenue Garden Grove, CA 92840.
