Born in Redmond, Oregon, Mary Lou built a life filled with love, resilience, and devotion to her family. She was a beloved wife to Norm, a dedicated mother to Michele, and a proud grandmother to Brandyn, Tyler, and Kaylee. Her family was the heart of her world, and she found great joy in caring for them.
Mary Lou spent her career as a teacher, shaping the lives of countless students with patience, strength, and kindness. Beyond her professional life, she cherished simple pleasures: cooking delicious meals, indulging in desserts, gardening, traveling, camping, and riding on the back of her husband’s motorcycle. Her thriftiness, caring spirit, and strong will were trademarks of her character and left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.
She will be remembered not only for the love she gave so freely but also for the lessons she imparted—about perseverance, joy, and the importance of family.
A service to honor Mary Lou’s life will be held on October 15,2025 at 3:00pm.
