

Phillip Denver Jarrett, born on November 15, 1952, in Camp Cooke, now known as Vandenberg Air Force Base, California, passed away on December 17, 2025, at the age of 73. He was a resident of Garden Grove, California.
Phillip pursued some college education, where he studied Geology in New Mexico. He served his country in both the Army and Navy, demonstrating his dedication and commitment. Following his military service, Phillip worked as a communications technician for the Burlington Northern/Santa Fe Railroad in Los Angeles, California.
Phillip was married to Pamela Grant for 35 years, a union that began when they met at work. Although he had no children of his own, Phillip was a devoted father figure to his two stepsons, Steve and Brian, and a caring dad to several cats.
A very kind and loving family man, Phillip had a passion for the outdoors. He enjoyed camping, fishing, and shooting guns, and took pleasure in teaching his stepsons about wildlife, gun safety, and wilderness safety. His interests also included rocks, geology, and guns.
Phillip will be remembered for his patience, kindness, loyalty, and love. His legacy is one of a gentle and devoted family man who cherished both his family and his passions.
