A funeral mass for Phuong will be held Saturday, October 24, 2020 from 7:30 AM at St. Columban Catholic Church, 10801 Stanford Ave, Garden Grove, CA 92840. Following the funeral mass will be a the Rite of Committal at 11:00 AM at Rose Hills Memorial Park, 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, CA 90601.
