Having many sibs n I being the youngest, Robert was 13 rears older than me. He was my sib that always cared about his little sis. He never pushed, bullied or bossed me. He allowed me to tag along with him to the barn while doing chores. Feeding cattle, milking cows etc. He would at times take me with him. I remember going with him to check his mink traps n one time he let me go with him to try to set traps at the dam. I got to go along but was told to stay where he put me n not get closer n I did as told. Haws setting traps for a beaver. He boiled them at home always used gloves to handle them no human scent. He rubbed the trap in dirt n grass n then set the trap n put it under water. He did not catch that beaver. Yes they had a dam built on the west side. I remember when catching. A skunk in our gopher traps. Oh my both my brothers got excited. It was Robert who tucked me under his arm n treated me like an equal even thou he was somewhat older. Oh he was th brother who taught me to. Shoot the rifle. Loving my brother then n always n to the moon n back.

I never met Robert, but whenever I would call Delores he was always in the background telling her dinner was ready or some other sentiment of care and love. Delores and their children were really lucky to have so many years with such a wonderful caring man.

May the LORD bless you and keep you; May the LORD make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; May the LORD turn his face toward you and give you peace.

God bless your family until you all meet your beautiful Robert in heaven with our blessed Lord and Savior.

My memories of Robert are pretty few and far between but I am reminded of how much he looked like Grandpa Harm. My deepest condolences to all of his family.
