Robert W. Woody of Garden Grove, CA, lived a wonderful life and went home to be with the Lord on November 18, 2015. Robert was born on August 13, 1927 to parents James and Ara Woody in DeQueen, AR. Robert was married to Rosamond for 42 years and Robert became a widower in 1992, he then remarried in 2001 to Balbina. Robert is survived by his wife Balbina D. Woody; children Larry A. Woody, Kristi R. King and his 7 loving grandchildren and 4 adorable great-grandchildren to share his fondest memories. Robert was loved, admired and respected by all who knew him. He will truly be missed by all his family and friends
A Vigil/Memorial Service will be held on Friday December 04, 2015 from 3:00pm - 7:00pm, the presentation of the U.S. Flag folding will be at 3:45pm presented by the U.S. Navy at Dimond & Shannon Mortuary, 10630 Chapman Ave., Garden Grove, CA 92840, 714-537-1038.
