Thinking of my coach, my mentor, my ex-coworker and especially my friend RIP…..🙏

Missing my friend, co-worker, coach and mentor.  He was someone that I looked up to and admired very much.  I think of you often my friend and miss you ……RIP 🙏

So sorry to hear about Scarburough’s passing.  I worked with Scarburough at the Post Office and we became good friends.  He was also my coach at East LA College I was enrolled in all of the exercises classes that he taught at the school.  He inspired me to live an active life style (he was my mentor).  He was always there to offer advice as a coach and as a friend.  He would always call me once or twice a month so last summer when I didn’t hear from him I became worried.  I miss his workout classes but will miss his phone calls the most.  My condolences to his family. 

A Father and a Professor. The stars shine bright upon you, as you walk across center stage of Heaven, guiding the souls on earth to believe all can be possible. Dad is keeping his dreams alive in Heaven. Knowing that for all the hardships endured - the angels lifted you and brought Peace forever to the soldier of endurance . 😇 


Spencer is my Dad, I miss the guy.  I wish I was there to comfort him and be by his side in his last minutes, telling him "Thank you Dad, I am the Man I am today because of you."  I hope you heard those words when I spoke them to you in the chapel.  Later that same day, I went to The Hat in Monterey Park.  They replaced the seats we sat in when I was a child, but I can remember that day all to well when I passed gas in the seat for all to hear (And smell!) in the restaurant.  Yeah, it wasn't my best moment, but the big laughs we had together in that seat I'll remember forever, and also how we left the restaurant very quickly after that too. I miss you Dad, I love you and I miss you.

Another star has entered the heavens to shine down upon us…Blessings and peace to Spencer and his family.
