There are so many things that I will miss about grandma. She was such a special lady. I have fond memories of her animal shaped pancakes, playing dress up with her old purses and scarves, wearing the beautiful dresses she made for me, her love of games and puzzles, and her tender love when I scraped my knee. When I think of grandma I think of love, and laughter, and family.

Duane & Shirley were the warmest people to welcome us when we came to Grace many years ago. Days of Missionary sewing were days of seeing Shirley's love & commitment to the Lord in action. A sweet example and encouragement to me as I was learning to walk with the Lord. Know I will be praying for the family.

Shirley and Duane Frederick were faithful to the Lord Jesus, and many of us who attended Grace Baptist Church remember them with respect and gratitude for their testimony of God's grace. Mrs. Frederick is now in the very presence of Her Savior. May God's grace comfort the family.

Mr. Frederick, Dave, Jane, Bev, and Dan:

I am so sorry to hear of Mrs. Frederick's passing, but I guarantee you that my parents and others welcomed her warmly through the Pearly Gates! Some of my best memories of hanging out with Bev and Jane are of spending time at your house in Tonawanda and at Grace, and Mrs. Frederick was always so gracious putting up with all our shenanigans. I can't remember her without a smile on her face, as your picture tribute absolutely shows.

Warmest Regards,
Becky Cotter
