Ann Marie Luecken

Ann Marie was born in Brooklyn, New York, on July 28, 1934. She married the love of her life, Bill Luecken, on June 8, 1957, and together they raised a family in Rosedale, NY

Ann worked as the manager of Green Acres Gift Shop in Valley Stream, New York. After retiring, she and Bill moved to Toms River, New Jersey, where they enjoyed their retirement years together and made many wonderful memories with their friends.

Ann Marie enjoyed cooking, shopping, and, of course, coffee always. Above all, she treasured time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In 2016, Ann and Bill moved from New Jersey to Gastonia, North Carolina. They became members of Lutheran Church of the Redeemer. The couple resided at Brookdale Robinwood Assisted

Living before Ann moved to Gaston Health & Rehab in June 2026.

Ann Marie is survived by her beloved husband of 69 years, Bill Luecken; daughter, Pam Healy, and son-in-law, Pete; son, Bill Luecken, Jr., and daughter-in-law, Debbie; grandchildren, Kristin Healy and husband Zach Young, Kevin Healy and fiancée Monica Mogul, Katy Fontaine and husband Edal, and Patty Luecken; great-grandchildren, Brady Fontaine, Kylie Young, and Rowan Ziegelheafer; and her longtime friend, Isabel Yadvish.

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Brookdale Robinwood and Tara-VIA Palliative Care for the loving care and support they provided to Ann Marie and her family.

Ann Marie will be lovingly remembered for her warm heart, love of family, enjoyment of life, and the many memories she created with those who knew and loved her.
