Anna Helena Mazak, 87, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 05, 2015. She was born January 15, 1928 to the late William and Anne (Teague) Steele. Anna was a godly woman who loved her church and loved to read her Bible. She especially liked to read anything written by Billy Graham. Her favorite TV shows were Price Is Right, Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy. Anna thoroughly enjoyed the love and care given to her by Total Living Care in Gastonia.
Anna is survived by several nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter S. Mazak as well as some nieces and nephews.
A celebration of her life will be held at 4:00 PM, Monday, December 7 at Bethel Baptist Church in Gastonia. Reverend James Drennen will preside. Anna will later be buried at Lakeview Memorial Park in Cinnaminson, NJ.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Bethel Baptist Church, 3421 Redbud Drive, Gastonia, NC.
