A memorial service celebrating the life of longtime Gastonia resident Mildred Wright will be held August 29, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the First Wesleyan Church of Gastonia. Mrs. Wright passed away earlier in Atlanta.
Born August 5, 1917 she was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, James W. “Jesse” Wright.
Mrs. Wright is survived by two sons, Richard (Patricia) Wright, of Gastonia, and Wade (Sally) Wright of Atlanta, GA; four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great granddaughter.
