Nell is survived by five nieces and nephews, Ellen Singleton, Kathy Bullock, Terry Dilling, Bruce and Dan Wise; several great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Billy A. Dilling and Betty Dilling Wise.
The family will have a private service.
