Peggy Paysour

Born in Danville, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Efton and Hattie James.

She is survived by her sons, John Paysour and wife, Jennifer of Dallas, Jeff Paysour and wife, Nora of Crouse; grandchildren, Nathan, Natalie, Hallie, Alex, Nicole, Caitlin and Emily; sisters, Betty Croft, Irene Clark, Mary Ellen Shope, Jane Hannah, Gail Carter and Lynn James.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Paysour; and brother, Richard S. James.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday in the Colonial Chapel of Carothers Funeral Home in Gastonia.

Interment will be at Antioch Lutheran Church Cemetery, 330 Old NC 277 Loop, Dallas.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
