She is survived by her children, Angelia Heard, Randy Wilson, Crystal Straton, Wayne Wilson and Susan Maiers; brother, Lamar Hice; 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Steven Allen Williamson.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 10:00 to 11:00am at Carothers Funeral Home, Gastonia.
Graveside Services will follow the visitation Tuesday at 11:00 am at Gaston Memorial Park with Mr. Dorsey Funderburk officiating.
