Virginia "Bobbie" Farrar Lineberger

Mrs. Lineberger was a member of Antioch Lutheran Church and a 1956 graduate of Dallas High School, both in Dallas, North Carolina. She was an outstanding homemaker, and cared deeply for her family.

A graveside service will be held at 5:00 PM on Sunday ~ August 26, 2018 in Westview Memorial Gardens, Edgewood Road, Bessemer City, North Carolina officiated by the Reverends George Rhyne and G. David Swygert. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM ~ 5:00 PM prior to and following the service at Westview Gardens Cemetery.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Lineberger is preceded in death by her children, Tammy Dale and Fred Farrar Lineberger, and her siblings, Dorothy Cline and Jack Farrar.

She is survived by her husband of 62 ½ years, Thomas “Tom”, children, Penny Herman (Larry), and Thomas “Tommy” (Debbie), grandchildren, Shawn (Maryanne), Ryan (Jaclyn), Jennifer, Corey (Melissa), Megan (Will), Justus (Joshua), Katie, John, and Anna, great-grandchildren, Savannah, Colton, Hunter, Samuel, Caroline, Benjamin, and Ava, her brother, Fred Farrar, Jr., numerous nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Antioch Lutheran Church, Old NC 277 Loop Rodd., Dallas, North Carolina 28034, Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church, PO Box 1856, Lincolnton, NC 28093, or Trinity Lutheran Church, Family Life Center Fund, PO Box 7, Vale, North Carolina 28168.
