Albert R. Valdez

Albert Valdez, 62, of Georgetown was called home on September 3, 2020. He was born on September 20, 1957 and worked as a master stucco mason. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.

Albert is survived by his wife Judy Valdez, and children Augustine Valdez, Kenneth Valdez, and Kendra Valdez Guajardo, 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. 

Albert is predeceased by his parents Enrique and Marcelina Valdez, sisters Beatrice, Sylvia, MaryAnn, and brother Henry.

Albert was our hero and a father figure to most. He loved his family with a passion, especially the babies. He made an impression on anyone who was fortunate enough to know him. He taught us the importance of family, loyalty, hard work and respect. One thing's for sure, he may be gone but never forgotten. "You will always be in our hearts, we love you".

A visitation with the family will take place at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel on Thursday, September 9, 2020 from 6-8 PM with the rosary to begin at 7 PM.

The funeral mass will be held the following morning at St. Helen Catholic Church at 10 AM with the burial immediately after at Georgetown Memorial Cemetery.
