Barbara was one of eleven the year she graduated in 1957 from Water Valley High School. She passed away peacefully the morning of her 83rd birthday.
One of Barbara's classmates and best friends was Nancy Williams. Nancy introduced Barbara to one of Nancy's cousins who then became Barbara's husband. Nancy and Barbara have remained close all these years.
