Betty L Foulke

Betty Foulke passed away peacefully on November 3, 2025, at the age of 82. She was born on September 2, 1943, in Ada, Oklahoma, and spent her childhood in Corpus Christi, Texas, where she graduated from Tuloso-Midway High School.

Throughout her life, Betty worked as a bookkeeper for several companies, always known for her dedication and attention to detail. She married William ”Billy” David Schroeder, and together they shared 24 wonderful years and raised two children, David and Debbie. After Billy’s passing, God blessed her with another loving marriage to Stuart Foulke, with whom she shared 26 beautiful years.

In recent years, Betty enjoyed living at The Delaney at Georgetown Village, where she made many dear friends. She was full of life, joy, and kindness, and she truly lived life to the fullest.

She is survived by her son David Schroeder, and his wife Sylvia; her daughter Debbie Seth, and her husband Curt; and her step-daughter Sandi Wagner; her brother Don Staley, and his wife Ruby; her brother Rick Staley, and his wife Sandra; and her sister Vicki Bruce. She is also survived by many other friends and family, including grandchildren and three precious great-granddaughters, all of whom she loved dearly.

Betty will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who were blessed to know her.
