Carol Diane Sims

Carol Diane Sims, 68, of Florence passed away on May 3, 2010 in Georgetown, Texas. She was born July 8, 1941 in Houston, Texas to Lou and Jack McKinney. Carol loved to spend time in her garden and her kitchen cooking. Although she loved to cook she still enjoyed eating out when she could also. Carol is survived by her daughters; Vickie Sims of Florence, Faith McAndrew and her husband, Kevin of Florence, and Ginger Sims of Killeen; a brother, Marvin McKinney of Santa Fe, Texas; grandchildren, Summer Wilson and Zachary Leger She is preceded in death by her parents; Lou and Jack McKinney, and a brother, Jimmy Jack McKinney. Pallbearers will be Zachary Leger, Randy McCloud, Kevin McAndrew, and Norman Wilson Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at the Florence City Cemetery, Florence, Texas
