I am a cousin of Charles Edward Swearingen.  Sorry that you probably don’t know me. Not your fault, just how family didn’t always stay close.  My mother was your grandmother Annie Swearingens sister. Charles Edward was one of my favorite cousins.  He was a super fellow. Sorry we are not able to come to any service, but wanted You to know we care. He was a great  guy.
