Christina (Chris) Elaine Alvarez, 77, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 4th 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Trinidad Colorado, Chris was preceded by Father John Gilmore, Mother Gaby Gilmore; brothers Johnny and Adolph and sisters June, Daisy, Esther, Cathy and Harriet.
Chris raised her family in Fullerton California before retiring with her husband, Jesus (Jesse), in Austin Texas . Chris dedicated her life to creating a warm nurturing home for husband of 56 years Jesse and their 3 children Franklin/Jayci, David/Diana and June/Aaron, 2 grandchildren Amber-Lee and Angel and 1 great-grandchild Alexander. She will be remembered for her giving heart, helping hands and beautiful smile.
