David Ray Chase

David Ray Chase, 30, of Leander entered into rest February 5, 2012 in Round Rock. He was born December 18, 1981 to Everett Ray and Judi Kay (Dayton) Chase in Dallas. David grew up in and around Leander. He discovered his passion for cars at an early age and found satisfaction working on and repairing them. In his free time, he pursued another passion; that of fishing and spending time with his father. David worshipped at Round Mountain Baptist Church. David is preceded in death by his mother; grandparents, George and Nell Dayton, William and Blanche Chase. He is survived by his loving daddy, Everett of Leander; aunts and uncles, Billy and wife Linda Chase of Seven Points, Dale and Sharon Chase of Peeltown, Jerry and Jean Williams of Peeltown, Deborah and Ron Jaroszewski of Glen Heights, Mary and Randy Walker of Kaufman, and Jeanie and Wayne Gober of Mt. Pleasant; numerous cousins and extended family also survive. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at the Gabriels Funeral Chapel in Georgetown. A graveside service to celebrate his life and faith will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, February 9, 2012 in Liberty Hill Cemetery in Liberty Hill, with Pastor Jarvis Philpot officiating.
