Eileen most recently worked for St. Louis Catholic Church in Austin, Texas. Previously she had worked for many years at St. Louis Catholic School and prior to that Stripling Blake lumber company also in Austin. Eileen was preceded in death by her husband, Cyril Rosipal.
She is survived by sons, Christopher and wife Kristi of Plano and Charles and wife Jen of Omaha, Nebraska; and grandchildren, Cidell and Kierstin of Carrollton and Maddie and Harper of Omaha, NE. She is also survived by a brother, Richard Sladecek and wife Mary of Austin.
Eileen was a member of Catholic Life, KJT Society #112, KJZT Society #93, the Moravian Club of Corn Hill, Travis Williamson County Czech Heritage Society, Happy Czech Singers, Taylor Czech Chorus, St. Louis Women’s Club, and Naomi’s Circle.
A rosary service will be held on January 21, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home in Georgetown, Texas. A come and go viewing/visitation will also be available from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services and burial will be held January 22, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Corn Hill, Texas. Due to Covid restrictions the attendance at the rosary and funeral will be limited. An online sign-up is available for attendance at the Rosary and Funeral. There is no limit on the come and go viewing due to spacing of attendees.
