

Eloise was born in 1924 in Chestnut, Louisiana, youngest daughter of Mattie and Isadore Pullin. She graduated from Readhimer High School and attended Louisiana State Normal College (now Northwestern State University) from 1940-1942.
Eloise and Mayoun “Mack” Wedgeworth were married on January 17, 1942, shortly before Mack was drafted into service in World War II. Eloise and Mack lived in the northwest United States during wartime and then returned to Natchitoches where they spent 53 years of marriage together, raised a family and operated a successful business.
Eloise was preceded in death by her husband, Mack. She is survived by five children, seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Eloise was laid to rest with her husband in Oak Grove Cemetery, Chestnut, Louisiana, on Sunday, April 3rd, 2011.
