Ervin is survived by his wife, Frances Symank; son Alan Symank; and daughter-in-law Lorna Symank; brother-in-law Edgar Kissman.
Ervin was preceded in death by; son Michael Symank; mother Bertha Reinke Symank and father Herman Carl Symank; sister Bernice Symank Kissman and brother Bill Symank.
A funeral service for Ervin will be held Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home, 2900 Williams Drive, Georgetown, Texas 78628. Following the funeral service will be a visitation and reception at 11:30 AM at at the funeral home in the Southwestern Room.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that a memorial contribution be made to a charity of one's choice.
