As a loving wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, godmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, Frances was second to none. To know her was to love her. She was a strong-willed, yet selfless woman with an obvious weak spot for her ten children, nine grandchildren, and one great-grandson. She had an inviting smile when greeting family and friends. Frances was a woman of simple pleasures – a good meal and Czech polka music with good company was a recipe for smiles and laughter. She was an avid dominoes player and frequently challenged her children and friends for a good game. Frances’ ten children and grandchildren were her life and for that, they are eternally grateful. She gave so much and asked for so little.
Frances is reunited in heaven with her parents, Louis and Emma Kubacak; her husband, Laddie A. Kajs; her sons, Patrick and Ronald Kajs; her two brothers, Emil and Edwin Kubacak; and her sister, Christine Littleton.
She will be missed greatly by her sons and daughters, Leonard Kajs and his wife Anita; Jenrose Workman and her husband Roger; Carol Bowlin and her husband Kelvin; Cathy Kajs; Laddie W. Kajs and his wife Susan; Louis Kajs and his wife Christie; Marylyn Wyllie and her husband Richard; Ann Peterson and her husband Richard; and Christine Gruener and her husband David. She will also be missed by her grandchildren, Nicholas Bowlin, Juliann Peterson Horne, Melissa Bowlin Goodman, Elizabeth Kajs, Chelsea Kajs, Emily Gruener, Bridget Kajs, Mason Gruener, Dalton Kajs, and great-grandson, Joshua Horne.
The family would like to extend their love and gratitude to all of Frances’ family and friends.
