

Frank Browning, age 86, of Georgetown, Texas, formerly of Orange, Texas, passed away on Monday, December 19, 2011. He was born in Penns Grove, New Jersey on September 25, 1925 to parents Harry and Sara Jane (Shoemaker) Browning.
He retired after 35 years from working at DuPont in 1983. Frank was a member of the Masonic Lodge for 59 years. He served in the U.S. Army in the Ordinance Division.
Frank was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend who will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Ina Browning of Georgetown; daughter, Carol Crosby and husband Russell of Austin; son, Brack Browning and wife Marla of Alma, Arkansas; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
A memorial service to celebrate Frank’s life will be held on Friday, December 23, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home in Georgetown, Texas with Reverend Steve Best officiating.
