George Lee Rose, Jr., age 74 of Georgetown, Texas passed away at his home on Monday, July 28, 2014. He was born April 23, 1940 in Georgetown to parents George Lee Rose, Sr. and Annie Lucille Mosee Rose.
George was predeceased by his parents, two brothers and one sister. He is survived by two brothers, Charles Rose and Howard Rose; two sisters, Joyce Perry and Clara Toliver; and numerous other family members and friends.
The family will receive guests at the visitation scheduled from 6:00P.M. until 8:00P.M. Friday, August 1, 2014 at Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home, 2900 Williams Drive, Georgetown, Texas. Funeral services will be in the Chapel of Cook-Walden Davis at 11:00A.M. Saturday, August 2, 2014. Interment will follow at Citizen’s Memorial Garden in Georgetown.
