Jesus Gonzalez Lopez

Jesus Gonzalez Lopez was born on June 14, 1940 in San Luis Potosí, Mexico to Pancilla Gonzalez and Luz Lopez. As a young man, Jesus worked at a ranch in Marble Falls. Later he worked for the city of Austin. He then he had his own business as Lopez Trucking. Later, he worked with Ramirez Hauling.

Known for "his kind spirit and generous nature," Jesus Lopez found joy in working spending time with family. He will be remembered for his smile, kindness and always eager to help others.

Jesus Lopez is survived by his brother, Alberto Lopez Gonzalez; Sister-in-law Sylvia Villarreal; his brother-in-law Robert Villarreal; Sister-in-law Hope V. Williams; and cousins, many nephews, and nieces.

Jesus was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Yolanda Lopez.

A visitation will be held at Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home, located at 2900 Williams Drive, Georgetown, TX 78628, on Monday, October 27, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A Rosary will also be conducted at the same venue from 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm.

The funeral service is scheduled for Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 10:00 am at Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home. Jesus will be later laid to rest at Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery in Pflugerville, Texas.
