Our family is deeply saddened to inform you that JoAnn Williamson, (of Georgetown) our beloved Mother, Grandmother/"Granny" passed away in her sleep Friday afternoon, March 13th. We are relieved that her passing was peaceful and painless. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Bob" Clyde Williamson and is survived by her daughter, Deborah "Debi" Williamson Sheeran of Round Rock; her son, Robert David Williamson of Georgetown; and her grandson, Robert Jeffrey "Jeff" Williamson of Austin.

In 1968, JoAnn, along with her husband, Bob, founded a private Christian school in Georgetown, TX. Rabbit Hill School allowed JoAnn and Bob the opportunity to fulfill their dream of providing quality education to numerous children. JoAnn cherished her role as "Mother" to many and took great pride in her students' successes. A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered.

All three of our children attended Rabbit Hill daycare, after school care or school. We thought very highly of both Bob and JoAnne. Our condolences to both Debbie and David.

David and Debi,
I’m so very sorry for your loss. I truly enjoyed your parents. They were both so fun and loving to all of us who enjoyed Rabbit Hill. I have such fond memories of my summers there, swimming and judo lessons, trying to ride your donkey, holding hands with a string of kids and grabbing the electric fence! Again, my heartfelt condolences.

David, Debi and Jeff, your Mother (Grandmother) was one of the sweetest people I have ever known. She, not only was my cousin, but one of my role models. She was always so happy and had a big smile for everyone, even in her final days. I am so blessed to have had her in my life for these many years. She loved the three of you beyond words. David, you were a God Send to her. My heart, thoughts and prayers go out to all of you. I love you all. I have been without a phone for 3 days and haven't been able to call any of you. Your phone numbers were in my phone. I will try to reach you through the Funeral Home. Love and prayers.
