On my uncle's last day was great, he was so alert and he told me all about his last project with LSU IT dept. He explained that they were going from hardware to web-based. It was such a great conversation. He then asked me for some fritos, a piece of chocolate and don't forget his juice. He wished I would give him a piece of cake. I got his fritos gave him some chocolate but I didn't have any cake. I am going to truly miss my uncle. RIP in Uncle Joe..
