Born March 9, 1935, in Port Lavaca, Texas she was the daughter of the late Walter Bronson Starnes and Emily Eckie Starnes.
She is preceded in death by husband of 57 years Dean Reid Nance and siblings, Mitchell Starnes, Geraldine Storer and husband Buddy Storer, Glen Starnes and wife Sue Starnes.
She is survived by her sister Jackie Starnes, children John Nance and significant other, Sharon Adamick; Carrie “Missy” Nance; James Nance and wife, Valerie Nance; Sarah Nance and significant other, Todd Corley; four grandchildren, Joe, Sam, Katie and Sadie and one great grandchild, Norah Joyce.
An informal service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, March 11, 2023 at Hopewell Cemetery, 2810 County Road 285, Liberty Hill, Texas, 78642.
