Kasey Donald Carter

He was born on July 18, 1975, to Donald Carter and Cheryl (Meek) Shipley. Kasey was raised in Balch Springs TX, and graduated from West Mesquite High School.

He married his wife and soul mate Amber (Wall) Carter on August 18, 1996. They had one son, Dante Carter. Kasey worked for many years as a surveyor. He enjoyed being with his family, fishing with his son, watching the Cowboys play, collecting things and horror movies.

Kasey was preceded in death by his wife Amber Wall Carter, father Donald Carter, sister Kelli Carter Hauerwas, Nawnie & Papaw Lenton and Vleta Meek, Aunt Linda Meek, and Grandma Jean Carter.

He is survived by his son Dante Carter, mother and stepfather Cheryl and David Shipley, brothers Chris Shipley and wife Finnye, Clint Shipley and wife Sharla, Darren Shipley, and sister Tracy Felmet and husband Chad, in-laws Lenard and Brenda Wall, brother in-law Doug Wall and wife Melissa, aunt and uncle Mari and Terry Hillger, Aunt Judy Carter and Aunt Donna Carter, two nieces, several nephews, and many cousins.
