Lawrence August Paul Ludowese, 84, of Georgetown passed away on June 5th, 2025. Larry Ludowese was born March 2nd, 1941 in the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He drove a tank in the Army for 2 years and nearly got to see Cuba.
Always loving sports, he played baseball and basketball as a young man. He was a Junior Golf Champion and played golf in Sun City for many years.
He has two sons, Jared and Gregory, and two grandsons, Nicholas and Nathan, with his first wife Donna.
Some years later after his divorce, he and Jill Strong were happy companions for thirty-two years. They met when he was retiring from the Police Department in Rochester, MN. He celebrated retirement by going on the Appalachian Trail. After he returned home, he and Jill explored Alaska, then traveled by RV discovering America for six years before settling in Sun City.
It's been a happy life.
