Uncle Paul and tia Maria always knew the meaning of family. No matter what the struggle was the family always stood side by side because of the teaching from the parents. My memory of uncle Paul was him always wanting to be part of the party . Uncle Paul’s house always was filled with people over. There was never a dull moment nor a quiet space and he probable intended that because he loved to be surrounded by family. May he Rest In Peace now and watch over us all.

I was introduced to Pablo (dad) about 15 years ago when Edward and I were a couple, and I've been part of the family ever since, as well as they remain part of our family. From the first time dad and I met he treated me like family, he was always loving and kind and always tried to make me laugh. There was a wee language barrier but we made it work. I can truly say I loved him and I will greatly miss him! Until we meet again dad, dance with Jesus ✝️

Tio Pablo has always been in my life since I can remember. Our families used to gather and spend lots of time together. He is the reason we ended up in Liberty Hill. Thank you for that, Tio.
I also thank him and Tia Maria for All that they have done for me. They were always like second parents to me. Uncle Pablo had a way of making you feel welcome and at ease with his cheerful teasing and joking around. I will miss his big smile and cheerful laughter.

My favorite thing about you is the way you loved my kids, I'm going to miss driving down your street and you sitting there waving, waiting for me to get the kids out to take them for their cruise, you laughing when Emma's attitude kicks in, you calling her bonita chiquita and her refusing to leave your lap or when you are picking on Gambit, and he just laughs with you. You never judged me for my crazy colored hair, I'll miss our rides to doctors office and you hitting every wall in there , holding your cowboy had just so you can get in the car and getting smokey mo's after. If my kids ever get freckles I will be sure to tell them a bird pooped on them like you use to tell me when I was little.I will forever love you Abuelito.
