Phaedon James "PJ" Louis, Age 79, of Georgetown, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, May 3, 2017. He was born on September 26, 1937 in New Britain, Connecticut to parents Michael James Louis and Georgia Antenna Louis. He graduated from New Britain Senior High School in 1955. PJ served four years in the U.S. Air Force and was Honorable Discharged in 1959. He retired from the National Weather Service Bureau as a Meteorologist with over 30 years of service.
He is preceded in death by his wife Roberta Louis. PJ is survived by his son, Shawn Louis; granddaughters, Morgan and Madison; brother, Jeff Louis; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will receive guests for a time of visitation from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at Cook-Walden Capital Parks Mausoleum Chapel in Pflugerville, Texas with the chapel service to follow at 11:00 A.M. with Celebrant Donna Mayfield officiating. Entombment will follow in the Cook-Walden Capital Parks Mausoleum.
