It is with great sadness that the family of Philip Kendal Waters, 56, announces his passing on November 24, 2020, after a courageous battle with dementia.

He left this world with his sister by his side in Round Rock, Texas.

Philip was born September 17, 1964 in Houston, Texas to Robert and Marienne Waters.

Philip was a gifted musician, composer and teacher with a great love of animals. He was a unique soul, a truly kind friend and the most wonderful brother. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.

Philip is survived by his sister, Lori Ellen Waters as well as many beloved cousins. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Lyngle Waters and mother, Marienne Boyle Waters.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, December 5, at 2:00pm at Bellwood Memorial Park Cemetery, 8575 Airport Road, in Temple, Texas. Flowers can be sent to the Cook Walden/Davis Funeral Home in Georgetown Texas.
