Raymond George LeMay, Jr.

Raymond George LeMay, Jr. of Georgetown and long time resident of Austin, passed away on July 8, 2010 surrounded by family and close friends at Georgetown Hospital. He was born September 28, 1950, in Holyoke, Massachusetts, to Dolores and Raymond LeMay, Sr. Raymond was always known for his charming smile, great sense of humor, devotion to family and friends, and selfless acts of kindness. He is survived by wife Susan LeMay, son Raymond George LeMay III, of Monrovia, California; his sisters Maureen Urban and her husband John, of Buena Park, California, and Patricia Dragovich and husband Raymond, of Round Rock; his brother Michael LeMay and wife Margaret, of Garden Ridge, Texas. His family would like to extend special thanks to John Yeary, Greg, Patti, and Amanda Witte for their love and support. They would also like to express their gratitude to Drs. Abhilasha Gupta, George Rebecca, and Esther Fields, as well as nurses Dar and Tracy for their compassion and professionalism. Visitation will begin at 7:00pm, Tuesday, July 13, 2010, with Rosary/Wake service to be held at 7:30pm at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel, 393 North Interstate 35 in Georgetown. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10am on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Corn Hill, with burial to follow at Holy Trinity Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers please make donations in Raymond's name to Holy Trinity Catholic Church or Caritas of Austin.
