Born on February 22, 1942, in Blue Grass, West Virginia, Rhoda lived a life filled with warmth, laughter, and a deep love for connecting with others.Rhoda had a vibrant social spirit and was happiest when surrounded by people. Whether she was hitting the lanes for league bowling, hitting the dance floor, or simply sharing stories and a laugh, her energetic presence brought joy to everyone around her.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 17 years, Chester Brown; her beloved daughter, Nicole Long, and her husband, Jeremy; her cherished grandson, Sterling Long; and her best friend of over 50 years, Lynn Nations, who shared in decades of priceless memories..
A graveside service for Rhoda will be held at 10:00am on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery, 14501 N Interstate Hwy 35, Pflugerville, TX 78660.
