

Robert Baden Clark (Bob)was born January 30, 1933 in Detroit, MI, the son of Arthur Baden Clark and Mildred Grace (Sanford) Clark. He passed peacefully from this life June 29, 2022 in Georgetown, Texas at the age of 89 surrounded by his children and family members.
Bob had lived in Georgetown since 2004, moving here from Overland Park, KS. He graduated from the University of Michigan in 1955 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Business MBA. He was very proud to be a Wolverine. Robert enjoyed his profession, was recognized as a respected national expert for materials handling systems, and was awarded several patents for innovative and original engineering solutions. Bob enjoyed golf, telling jokes and was quick to point out that his memory was like a steel trap. He had an uncanny ability to recall dates of special memories shared with his family and friends that amazed all. He also enjoyed sailing, crossword puzzles, trivia, and playing cards - he was a brutal bridge competitor.
Robert and Kathleen Patricia Waite were united in marriage on June 1, 1956 in Chatham, Ontario, Canada. She preceded him in death on December 7, 2006. He was also preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Patricia Lynn Clark and a sister, Myrna Patricia Clark.
He is survived by his children, Gregory Baden Clark, his wife Katherine, and their children, Alexander Baden Clark (Lorianne) and Kirstie Patricia Tedrick (Grayson), Shawn Elizabeth Sabo and her children, Justin Allan Sabo (Kyrstin) and Clark Kenneth Sabo (Lauren) and Todd William Clark, his wife Cynthia Marie and their children, Sara Kathleen Clark, Lauren Frances Clark, Jack William Clark and Mackenzie Higgins Clark; great-grandchildren, Lincoln Baden Clark, Turner Albert Clark, Kora Satsuko Tedrick, Wesley Baden Sabo, Luke Rollins Sabo, Mollie Mae Sabo, Hadley Grace Weinland, Karlyn Elizabeth Sabo, Chloe Francesca Clark and a host of other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life gathering will be held Sunday, July 24, 2022 from 10:00 am- 1:30 pm at Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home, 2900 Williams Drive, Georgetown, Texas 78628.
