Travis Kent Nerove

Travis Kent Nerove, 24 years old, was born December 20, 1990 in Covington, St. Tammany Parish, LA and passed away of an aneurysm on January 18, 2015 at home in Stafford, VA. Being the first born son of Darrel and Leigh Ann Nerove, he experienced life in several states but finished high school and lived in the Stafford, VA area for the last ten years.

He is survived by his parents, Darrel and Leigh Ann, brothers, Grant and Calvin, and sister, Autumn. He is also survived by both grandparents, Seymour and Inola Nerove of Locust Grove, VA and Ira and Reba Marchbanks of Georgetown, TX. Additionally, he is survived by two aunts and three cousins.

As a teenager, Travis was a Boy Scout and remained an avid camper. He was baptized by his father at the North Stafford Church of Christ at age 15. He was the caretaker for his brothers and sister and will be sorely missed by them.

Services for Travis will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at 1:00 pm at the Westover Hills Church of Christ in Austin, TX. John Cook will conduct the services. A viewing will be held at Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home in Georgetown, TX on Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Burial will be at the IOOF, Odd Fellows Cemetery in Georgetown, TX.
