After high school Vern joined the United States Navy, he wanted to serve his country but after a short time he chose to come back home to help care for his family and father after he was severely injured in a life changing car accident. Vern learned at young age that family was important, this was an understanding that he strived to pass along to his children. Vern loved to fish and spending time with his fishing buddies, even if they did not catch any fish. Vern often said fishing brought him peace and was a place he went to find a quiet place. He enjoyed cooking for family and friends both inside and outdoors. Vern was known for lending a helping hand to anyone that needed him and as the type of guy that would “give you the shirt off his back.” Vern was proud of his truck driving, he said it took him to places all over the United States that he would have never been able to visit. Along with his children, Vern’s passion was his baby, Bella, his pit bull, she rode with him where ever he went. Vern is preceded in death by his parents, Vernon and Donna Enyeart. Vernon will be missed by his children, , Billy Enyeart, Brendan Enyeart and Haylee Enyeart; his step sister, Tracy Games; his special friends, Lisa Lott and her family and Cletus; along with numerous other loving friends.
