She had a servant’s heart and dedicated her life to raising her eight children. She never met a stranger. There wasn’t a person that met her who didn’t love her right away. She was an amazing mother, devoted wife, and devout Christian who changed many lives through her ministry. She set an example with the way she lived that encouraged her family, friends and even strangers to follow God. Her heart, home, and arms were always open to anyone who needed love.
Virginia was born on August 21,1946, to Nicholas and Elizabeth Rondinella in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. She attended college at Michigan State and met her late husband Billy Jack Burt in Oregon, where she was showing collies and working as an Occupational Therapist.

She is also survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Marilyn and Jon Gay, and her youngest sister Nicola “Pixie” Rondinella.
