Billie Joe Spivey, 77, a resident of Andalusia, Al, died Tuesday, May 1, 2012. Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, May, 5, 2012 from the Red Oak Baptist Church with Rev. Eugene Meadows and Rev. John Wesley Spivey officiating. Survivors include: Wife: Ruby Spivey, Andalusia, Al; Daughters: Wanda Kay Ferwalt, Missouri and Peggy Sue French, Florida; Sons: David Michael Spivey, Miss, Kenneth Lee Spivey and Robert Dean Spivey, both of Alabama; Sister: Annice Jeanette Havens, Florida; 15 Grand Children and 6 Great Grand Children.
